NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals are invited by the City of Stockton, California, for PUR 27-014 Affordable Housing Development and Technical Advisory Consultant Services in strict accordance with the specifications. The City of Stockton, herein after referred to as the “City”, is requesting proposals from businesses or individuals, herein after referred to as “Proposer”, to provide Affordable Housing Development and Technical Advisory Consultant Services to the City. The City is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms possessing expertise and experience in financial review of proformas and supporting documents, especially related to affordable housing projects, including state and federal grant regulations.
