NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals are invited by the City of Stockton, California, for PUR 27-012 Youth Service Corps 2027 in strict accordance with the specifications. The City of Stockton, herein after referred to as the “City”, is requesting proposals from businesses or individuals, herein after referred to as “Proponent”, to provide Youth Service Corps 2027 to the City. The City is seeking a solicitation to identify qualified Proponents with the appropriate professional and technical background and resources who can use these funds to support new or existing youth workforce development programs serving youth in the City of Stockton. One (1) or more Proponents may be rewarded. This funding allocation will begin January 1, 2027, and must be expended by December 31, 2027.
