NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals are invited by the City of Stockton, California, for PUR 27-009 Citywide Energy Services and Energy Efficiency Program in strict accordance with the specifications. The City of Stockton, herein after referred to as the “City”, is requesting proposals from businesses or individuals, herein after referred to as “Proponent”, to provide Citywide Energy Services and Energy Efficiency Program to the City. The City is seeking a qualified Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to provide comprehensive energy planning, evaluation, development, and implementation services across City facilities and operations.
