NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals are invited by the City of Stockton, California, for PUR 27-008 ARENA GARAGE ENTREPRENEURIAL PUBLIC MARKET DESIGN SERVICES in strict accordance with the specifications. The City of Stockton, herein after referred to as the “City”, is requesting proposals from businesses, herein after referred to as “Proponent”, to provide Arena Garage Entrepreneurial Public Market Engineering Services to the City. The City is seeking a qualified firm, or team of firms, to develop concepts, construction drawings, and conduct stakeholder outreach, that will result in the development of a vibrant community-driven public market.
