NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals are invited by the City of Stockton, California, for PUR 27-007 PURCHASE OF LABORATORY INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LIMS) SOFTWARE in strict accordance with the specifications. The City of Stockton, herein after referred to as the “City”, is requesting proposals from businesses, herein after referred to as “Proponent”, to provide Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Software to the City. The City’s Municipal Utilities Department (MUD) Laboratory is seeking proposals for laboratory software services to support the Municipal Utilities Department’s wastewater operations.
