PUR 27-006 Customer Notice Processing Services Proposal Opening October 01, 2026 NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals are invited by the City of Stockton, California, for PUR 27-006 Customer Notice Processing Services in strict accordance with the specifications. The City of Stockton, herein after referred to as the “City”, is requesting proposals from businesses or individuals, herein after referred to as “Proponent”, to provide Customer Notice Processing Services to the City. The City is seeking proposals for customer notice processing services that include, but are not limited to: printing, processing and mailing of various notices to customers in water, wastewater and/or stormwater service areas.
