NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals are invited by the City of Stockton, California, for PUR 27-004 Prop 47- REDIRECT Retreat Service Provider in strict accordance with the specifications. The City of Stockton, herein after referred to as the “City”, is requesting proposals from businesses or individuals, herein after referred to as “Proponent”, to provide Prop 47- REDIRECT Retreat Service Provider to the City. The City of Stockton's Office of Violence Prevention (OVP) is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified service providers to design and facilitate four (4) two-day in-depth leadership retreats for high-risk youth ages 12-17 participating in the Prop 47 - REDIRECT Program, over a three-year grant period.
