Please review the attached notice rescinding this Request for Proposal effective Wednesday October 21, 2026. You are hereby invited to submit a proposal to provide engineering services for the above-referenced project, in accordance with the attached Request for Proposals (RFP). If you are interested, please submit your proposal by 2:00 p.m. MST on Friday, October 23, 2026 . Submitted proposals will be reviewed by Public Works staff, and a shortlist of firms will be selected for interviews. Interviews are tentatively scheduled for the afternoon of Thursday, November 12, 2026. Please note that the attached evaluation forms will be used to assess both the written proposals and the interviews.
