RFP : Parks and Recreation Long Range Planning - Phase II

Description

The City of Golden Valley is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide professional planning and engagement services for Phase II of the comprehensive Parks and Recreation Long Range Plan. This phase focuses on defining the future direction – where we are going – of Golden Valley’s Parks and Recreation system. Phase II will build on the findings from Phase I and translate the community's identity, values, and priorities into a vision for the Parks and Recreation system. This phase will identify long-term system needs, establish data-driven and community-informed priorities, and determine the programs, facilities, amenities, and services required to support community health, wellbeing, and equitable access. The outcomes of Phase II will guide future investment decisions, inform prioritization and budget justification, and provide the foundation for Phase III: How We Get There.
