THE COUNTY OF KERN IS EXTENDING AN INVITATION TO BID FOR PARKING AND ADMINISTRATIVE CITATION PROCESSING AND PAYMENT SERVICES FOR THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT AND ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES. The awarded contractual Price Agreement shall be for a Vendor to provide parking and administrative citation processing and payment services as described. This contract shall be for an initial three year term with the possiblity of two one-year extensions. Completion of the Best Value document (Exhibit A), including the Vendor information portion, is a requirement and must be returned with your response. BID RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS: It is the sole responsiblity of the Vendor to return the responses by the time and date stated.
