The services required, but not limited to, include summons, petitions, subpoenas, notice to employers, contempt citations, Rule 69 actions, protective orders/restraining orders, and other legal notices and documents as needed. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. MT, September 24, 2026. Our Clock. All items contained in the RFP are applicable in preparing proposals for the materials/services covered by this proposal. To be eligible to submit a proposal, all proposal documents must be obtained from the Pueblo County Purchasing via E-mail at purchasing@pueblocounty.us. Bidders may submit their bid electronically to purchasing@pueblocounty.us, or sealed bids may be submitted to the following address.
