These responses are intended to clarify the solicitation and should be read in conjunction with the Request for Proposal and any subsequently issued addenda. Where applicable, these responses have been coordinated with the roles, responsibilities, documentation standards, and program-support functions contemplated under Pueblo County RFP No. 26-20, Aspen Acres Fire Debris Monitoring and Program Support Services. The debris removal contractor remains responsible for its own means and methods, employees, subcontractors, safety, regulatory compliance, and satisfactory completion of authorized work. The independent debris monitoring firm will provide verification, documentation, compliance monitoring, quantity verification, invoice reconciliation, and related program support on behalf of Pueblo County. 1.
