Received by: _________________________________________ Firm Name: ___________________________________________ Address: _____________________________________________ Date: ________________________________________________ Page 1 of 18 Pueblo County Request for Proposal No. 26-20 Aspen Acres Fire Debris Monitoring and Program Support Services Questions and Answers August 2026 The following Questions and Answers are provided in response to inquiries received regarding Pueblo County Request for Proposal No. 26-20, Aspen Acres Fire Debris Monitoring and Program Support Services. These responses are intended to clarify the solicitation and should be read in conjunction with the Request for Proposal and any subsequently issued addenda. 1. Q: Is this a term contract subject to renewal? If so, what is the initial contract term, and what is the maximum number of renewal or option periods? A: This solicitation is for project-specific debris monitoring and program support services associated with the Aspen Acres Fire Private Property Debris Removal Program. The resulting contract will remain in effect for the period necessary to complete authorized monitoring activities, final reconciliation, records transfer, and required project closeout support. Following completion of the Aspen Acres Fire work, the parties may, by mutual written agreement, renew or extend the contract as a zero-dollar standby agreement for future disaster-related needs. Any such standby period shall not exceed a total of five years and shall not guarantee any minimum amount of work, compensation, or future task assignment. 2. Q: Has any current contract for these services completed its full contract term? A: No. Pueblo County does not currently have an incumbent contract for the debris monitoring and program support services contemplated under this solicitation. RFP No.
