REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Pueblo County Detention Center In-Custody Medical & Mental Health Services Request for Proposal No. 26-15 The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office is seeking proposals to provide In-Custody Medical & Mental Health Services for inmates housed in the NEW detention center. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. MT, May 22, 2026. Our Clock. All items contained in the RFP are applicable in preparing proposals for the materials/services covered by this proposal. Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope/container, clearly marked “Request for Proposal – RFP No. 26-15, PCDC In-Custody Medical & Mental Health Services”, and addressed to: Pueblo County Purchasing 215 W. 10th Street, Room 14 Pueblo, CO 81003 Bidders may submit their bid electronically to purchasing@pueblocounty.us or sealed bids may be submitted via U.S. Mail or courier to the Pueblo County Purchasing at the address listed above. To be eligible to submit a proposal, all proposal documents must be obtained via E-mail at purchasing@pueblocounty.us or from the Pueblo County Purchasing, 215 W. 10 th Street, Room 14, Pueblo, Colorado 81003, between of hours of 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. MT, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) or by contacting the Purchasing. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for May 5, 2026 @ 10 a.m. at the facility located at 909 Court Street, Pueblo, CO 81003. Only one representative from interested companies may attend the visit. There will be no questions taken during the site visit. The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office requires the name and date of birth of the interested company’s representative be emailed to Capt. Jeremy Bacor at bacor@pueblocounty.us by May 1, 2026 for clearance into the facility. A pictured ID will also be required the day of the visit. Bids which are received after the time and date stated above will not be considered, and any bid so received after the scheduled closing time and date mentioned above shall be returned to the submitting firm unopened. For electronically submitted bids, the date and time listed in the Outlook Inbox for the above-referenced email address will be the official date and time of when a bid was received.
