AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING SERVICES FOR K-8 STUDENTS (LITERACY AND MATH) RFP NO. 25-26-009 Question Response Will the District accept and consider proposals from providers that offer only virtual/online tutoring services (delivered synchronously via live online platforms, with no in-person component), or is an in-person delivery mode mandatory/required for the contract award? While we appreciate the flexibility of online platforms, at this time, the District is strictly seeking in-person tutoring services. As such, in-person delivery is a mandatory requirement for contract award, and proposals offering only virtual or online services will not be considered. Is one vendor responsible for literacy and math, or will multiple vendors be awarded? The District reserves the right to award a contract to one or multiple vendors based on the evaluation of proposals and the overall needs of the program. Vendors are encouraged to demonstrate their capacity to provide high-quality tutoring services in both literacy and mathematics. However, the District may choose to award services by content area, by school site, or through a combination of vendors if it is determined to be in the best interest of students and aligns with program goals. All proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria outlined in the RFP, and the final award structure will reflect the District’s commitment to providing effective, high-quality academic support. In the bid document under Contents of the RFP, section 3.2.1(g) calls out a Respondent Questionnaire and states that “each vendor must completely answer the questions of this document.” Can you advise where this questionnaire may be found as it does not seem to be in the bid document, and the questionnaire does not appear on the District webpage? Or is the questionnaire considered The Questionnaire is the vendor’s response to Section 3.2, Contents of the RFP, bullets (a) through (j). how the vendor responds to section 3.2, Contents of the RFP, bullets (a) through (j). Will vendors be working with district curriculum, or will they need to provide their own? Vendors will be expected to provide their own instructional materials, curriculum, and resources necessary to deliver tutoring services. As outlined in the RFP, the vendor is responsible for supplying all equipment, materials, and instructional content needed to support student learning.
