Services will be provided as part of the District’s Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP), for the 2026-2027 school year, and must align with the California Department of Education (CDE) ELOP requirements. The goal is to support students in Literacy and Mathematics, contributing to the improvement of student academic achievement and overall student success. All proposals must be sealed and submitted to the Front Desk Receptionist at the Cucamonga School District, located at 8776 Archibald Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. Please ensure that the sealed envelopes are clearly labeled on the outside in the lower left-hand corner as, “RFP ENCLOSED – RFP NO. 25-26-009 – AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING SERVICES.” It is the sole responsibility of the proposer to deliver their proposal to the Front Desk Receptionist, where it will be dated and time stamped.
