Take careful note of the addendum so that proper allowance may be made. Questions per verbatim: Q. Would you allow e-signatures on this bid? A. Original proposal that has been signed in longhand form electronically is acceptable. No digital signatures will be accepted. Q. Is the Excel format to be used only during electronic submission or can we also use it if the bid will be turned in at the District Office? A. If Bidder is opting to submit an electronic proposal, a USB drive MUST be submitted with their proposal documents. Any electronic Proposal Form Pricing Sheets that are received via email will be disregarded and will not be considered with the Bidders submitted proposal. Q. We also would like to know if this is an “ALL-OR-NOTHING” bid, and can we just bid on the stocked items in each schedule once we receive the individual schedules on Excel format. A. Please review page 9, Information for Bidders, section 21 (Award of Contract) for clarification of how the Participating Districts will intend to award this contract. Please complete the Proposal Form Pricing Sheet by following the instructions explained in numbers 1-4. All sections are to be filled out completely. Q. Can we modify the Excel sheet so the manufacturer for each item is listed alphabetically? I have attached the sample Excel. This helps out a lot during the bidding process. A. Please use the excel spreadsheet that was provided by GGUSD. Q. Is it necessary to include the manufacturer's pricing by the distributor on the proposal worksheet in the column labeled MFR Price? A. Yes. Q. As a distributor do we list the price under the column Distributor price or Price per 1 Drop? A. Please list Distributor price and Price per 1 Drop as two separate prices. Q. Could you please further clarify question 3 on page 35? Is the question asking whether there are any additional fees for commercial food products not listed in the referenced RFPs, apart from the regular distributor markup? A. Yes. Q.
