Take careful note of the addendum so that proper allowance may be made. Questions per verbatim: Q. Are there any projections or historical data on how many pizzas are anticipated with delivery times on a daily basis? A. Depends on school sites. Each High School will have a delivery time of 11ish. The quantity will go from 10 pies to 30 pies daily. For the Intermediate sites, we have pizza on each Thursday. It is range from 15 to 20 pies for each of the sites. Q. What was the most recent price offered from the previous award per slice of pizza? A. We will not be providing that information at this current time. Q. Does Garden Grove Unified School District require specific Food Grade boxes for single slice and whole fresh pizza? A. As long as they do not contain Per- and Polyfluorinated Substances (PFAS). The per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are a group of chemicals used to make fluoropolymer coatings and products that resist heat, oil, stains, grease and water. Q. Did Garden Grove Unified School District’s Food Services procure this type of product and service for the past year(s) through a bidder/vendor? If so, are prospective bidders for this RFP can be provided by GGUSD with the previous award information as reference(s)? A. We will not be providing that information at this current time. Q. On RFP page 21, Proposal Pricing Evaluation Form, under the “Whole Pizza”, 375,000 annual usages, is these 375,000 units of whole pizza? A. 375,000 servings or slices, not pies Q. On RFP page 5, no. 2, what is the date and time for the opening of proposals? A. We do not have public openings for RFP bids. Q. On RFP page 20, Sample Requirements, one (1) 16” pepperoni & cheese pizza cut into (8) equal slices, are these two kinds of pizzas must be packaged in a whole box together to meet one (1) 16” whole pizza?
