RFP No. 23-15 Hosted Email Service-Student Email Safety, Monitoring and Retention

Description

Purpose – The San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) is soliciting responses from qualified Vendors for student safety monitoring, filtering and review of student content in the District’s Google Workspace for Education environment. For the purposes of this request, the District is asking for the service called "Gaggle" or its equivalent.The District is using Google Workspace for Education email accounts for all students and Staff/Teachers. The District is looking for a service that will monitor, filter & block all email within the district's email ecosystem, and email coming into and going out of the district. This service needs to filter & block emails with near real-time results, and provide us differing severity alerts for anything that we deem unsafe. The intent of this RFP is to identify a firm or agency with considerable expertise and experience delivering such services listed above.
