INTRODUCTION The purpose of this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (“RFP”) is to solicit proposals from qualified, licensed contractors for the turn-key removal and replacement of six (6) aging rooftop-mounted packaged heating and air-conditioning units serving the Navarro County Justice Center, Corsicana, Navarro County, Texas. This procurement is for the physical replacement of HVAC equipment only. It does not include the Justice Center annex equipment and does not include modification of the existing Direct Digital Control (DDC) or smoke-exhaust control systems, except for the reconnection of replacement units to existing controls and sensors as specified herein. Offerors are cautioned that any oral statement by any representative of the County modifying or changing any condition of this RFP is an expression of opinion only and confers no right upon the Offeror. Only written addenda issued by the County Auditor shall be binding.
