Background Information: General testing and special inspection services, including but not limited to building structures, on/off-site and site service work for construction of new t/k elementary school buildings, a new gymnasium building, and new upper synthetic turf field, new track, and new tennis court (PT-slab) and additions to the existing campus, located at 1200 Morello Park Drive, & 150 E Street, Martinez, CA 94553. Project consists of approximately 9,424 (AHS Gym) and 2,621 (Morello Park TK) square feet of new structures (single story wood framed) in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by SVA Architects. AHS Upper Field Project consists of & Huckabee. The project is bound by a project labor agreement. The successful bidder is required to execute the agreement to be bound. This will occur at the time of award.
