RFP Management Training Strategy

March 12, 2024  Dear Consultants:            The City of Cleveland (“City”), through its Director of Human Resources (“Director”), is currently soliciting proposals from qualified firms (“Consultant” or “Consultants”) for the preparation of a Management Training Delivery Strategy (“Strategy”) and a Framework for an Employee Performance Management System (“Framework”) for the City. The Strategy should create a Learning Sustainability Plan for a comprehensive, cross-department, management training program that targets specific stages of a manager’s development and the skills needed to be successful at each stage.
