Request for Proposals (RFP) Facilities Assessment and Long-Range Facility Planning Study Sevastopol School District - 2026 The Sevastopol School District seeks proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive facilities assessment and long-range facility planning study to guide future capital investments, educational programming, and facility improvements. District-Specific Priorities The District requests special attention to: • Evaluation of the 1964 building section including structural systems, educational adequacy, and long-term viability. • Review of deferred maintenance needs throughout the District. • Assessment of building capacity and future educational programming needs. • Analysis of safety, security, and accessibility improvements. • Review of technology infrastructure supporting future-focused learning.
