QUESTIONS and ANSWERS: RFP-PW-2025-001 What are the boundaries for Jonesboro City Center? Site map added on 11/3/2025. Are the areas all around the Tennis Court and Basketball court part of this solicitation? No, the areas around the basketball and tennis courts are not part of this solicitation. Is the City wanting any Pressure Washing performed at either of these locations, IF so, to what extent and should that be factored into our cost proposal? No pressure washing is required for this RFP. Additional Services states; Installation of seasonal flowers, shrubs, trees and other ornamental plants. Question: Will the City be providing the flowers/shrubs, trees & other ornamental plants, with the contractor performing the planting of such OR is the contractor to provide the plants, shrubs, trees and other ornamental plants and plant them? If to be provided by the contractors, how do we price this since we have no idea of the quantity this will involve? Additional services for the installation of mulch, pine straw, seasonal flowers, shrubs, trees, and ornamental plants are additional request from the city. The contractor will provide materials based on the scope of work requested by the city and provide labor for the installation. These services will be billed to the city as separate invoices. *Please DO NOT include the cost for additional services with your proposal. In the bid documents, under APPENDIX it states Site Maps. I am not able to see any site maps? Site map added 11/3/2025. Is weekend work allowed as a common practice, since the documents states weekends as needed? Work will be performed Monday through Friday. The contractor will have the ability to work on site over the weekend to make up for rainy days, equipment failures, storm cleanups, etc. Where and to whom would I submit an Open Records request for this solicitation to obtain previous bid results/tabulations from the last time this solicitation was put out for Bid? Open records requests can be submitted online at www.jonesboroga.gov Historically, how many bales of Pine straw and yards of mulch were used to service these two properties annually? The area for pine straw at the Jonesboro City Center is approximately 15,343 Sq. Ft. 1 The area for mulch at Lee Street Park is approximately 36,463 Sq. Ft. *The number of pine straw bales and yards of mulch will depend our your supplier and the target depth.
