The Trustees of the California State University will receive sealed bid proposals through Public Purchase: https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/calpoly,ca/buyer/public/home for furnishing all labor and materials for Job Order Contract, Bid Solicitation No.26-56. The University intends to award two separate Job Order Contract (JOC) agreements from this one solicitation. The contracts will provide for the repair, alteration, modernization, rehabilitation, demolition and minor construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other public works. Under the JOC concept, the Contractor furnishes all management, documentation, labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform the work.
