The City of Bell, California, is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Project Title The Bell Police Department is seeking a company to provide the following services: Operation, and maintenance of the City of Bell Jail to properly receive, detain, and care for all inmates who may be booked. The Department processes approximately 900 arrests per year. These arrests are all pre-arraignment, and consist of males and females, adults, and juveniles.The City desires to enter into an Agreement for three (3) years, with two (2) optional one-year extensions.
