The selected consultant will provide program-wide Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), City residency, workforce development, certified payroll, utilization plan, reporting and related compliance services in accordance with the Phase 3 Development and Diversification Plan for Workforce and Business and the requirements of this RFP.
