Do you want drain and gas piping on the rubber strut blocks? Additionally, would you like the drain line to be piped all the way to the roof drains? a. Yes, all new lines on rubber strut blocks. b. For the drains, we can match what is currently in place. 2. Controls replacement was not specified on the RFP. Will this be done, and what model would you like to replace it with? a. Yes, control replacement will be done, Honeywell TH9320WF5003 Wi-Fi 9000 Color Touchscreen Thermostat or comparable product. 3. Given the necessary change in unit dimensions for the replacement unit, which necessitates rerouting of the existing ductwork currently running between the unit and the brick wall to the garage, can the City confirm and detail the proposed method (e.g., raising, offsetting, or other modifications) for rerouting this ductwork? a. If the ductwork needs to be rerouted, please detail the materials and work to complete the installation.
