The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of Riverside University Health System - Public Health Injury Prevention Services (RUHS-PH IPS), is seeking proposals from qualified bidders for Organizational Readiness Training Materials and Curriculum Development Services to support Community Health Worker (CHW) integration efforts throughout Riverside County. The selected contractor will conduct a needs assessment, develop standardized organizational readiness curriculum and training materials, create facilitator and participant resources, develop assessment tools, implementation guides, and technical assistance resources, and pilot-test materials prior to finalization. Deliverables will support County departments, community partners, and external organizations in preparing for the successful integration and long-term sustainability of CHW workforce models.
