RFP No. FY24-FACMAIN09 Comprehensive Facilities Services Provider Facilities Maintenance, Custodial, & Groundskeeping Services RFP ADDENDUM NO. 5 To All Potential Bidders: Change to Contract Award Date Update addendum to be posted: As individuals are still working their way through all the proposals received, we have decided to modify our timeline. Initially, the plan was to present a recommendation to the Property and Facilities Committee of the Board on Thursday of this week. That won't work, so we will look at the May meeting of the Committee for presentation of our recommendation and the June Board meeting for approval of a vendor. I realize this shortens any transition times; however, I do not believe we can do our due diligence in such a short time frame. Unfortunately, we simply didn't anticipate so many proposals.
