RFP for Program Management Support Services for Architecture Capital Projects

Description

The San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking qualified firms, teams, joint ventures (JV), or other qualified business entities to provide proposals for Program Management Support Services (PMSS) for Architecture Capital Projects.The Architecture group manages a variety of Design & Construction Division capital projects throughout the San Francisco Airport Campus. The Program Management Support Services (“PMSS”) for Architecture Capital Projects (collectively “Project”) is to support Capital Improvement Plan (“CIP”) funded projects managed by Architecture.The PMSS scope will include program-wide support for the Architecture Division, including project controls and reporting, project scheduling services, project budget and estimating services, document control services, specialized technical support services, advancement of Airport Strategic Plan, structured collaborative partnering process, stakeholder engagement process participation and administration, commissioning, activation and simulation (CAS), Airport’s sustainability goals, project coordination, throughout the Project’s lifecycle from pre-programming phase, programming phase, design phase, construction phase, activation phase, to the closeout phase.The duration of the Contract is five years with a contract amount not to exceed $5,000,000.Refer to the RFP attachments for full details.
