The project includes updating the pavement inventory, conducting ASTM/OCTA-compliant condition surveys, updating StreetSaver, completing QA/QC, developing funding scenarios and a seven-year M&R plan, and preparing all documents/data necessary for the City's 2027 M2 eligibility submittal.
