Washington County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) of its facilities, grounds, and buildings on County owned and leased properties. The FCA will include up to date inventory data and analysis of both physical condition and functional performance of each location. The completed FCA will identify recommendations for remedy, associated costs, and expected length of useful life of County buildings and equipment. The FCA will be a tool for Washington County leadership to help make informed strategic facilities management decisions that are in the best interests of the citizens of Washington County.
