Building Demolition Services – 1017 S. Ash Street The City of Ottawa is requesting sealed proposals from qualified demolition contractors for demolition services at 1017 S. Ash Street, Ottawa, Kansas. The project includes demolition, removal and lawful disposal of structures and debris, utility coordination, required permits and inspections, and final site cleanup and restoration. The City is requesting separate pricing for demolition of the north duplex only and for demolition of both structures located on the property. Proposals are due to the City Clerk by 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2026. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted to the Community Development Department by noon on November 2, 2026. Interested contractors are strongly encouraged to review the complete RFP and inspect the property before submitting a proposal.
