RFP for City of Pacifica Public Restrooms

Description

The CITY OF PACIFICA ("City") is requesting proposals intends to seek and obtain professional cleaning by a reputable provider to clean its public restroom locations. The selection will be based on overall price, services, performance and reliability of the proposers. The City's needs are outlined in the following Request for Proposal ("RFP"). Bidders who intend to submit proposals will be required to attend a mandatory pre- proposal meeting and walk through the facilities. This will provide an opportunity for the bidder(s) to ask any questions of the proposal,and receive clarity of the intent of the proposal through mutual understanding. The walk through is scheduled for Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 8:30 am. The Field Service Manager or his designee will coordinate the pre- proposal meeting and walk-through facilities. Please meet in the City of Pacifica Cooperation Yard, located at 151 Milagra Drive, Pacifica CA 94044. Selected Contractor will be invited to enter into an agreement with the CITY OF PACIFICA based on their response to this Request for Proposal. The CITY OF PACIFICA has created the cost proposal provided in Section 3 of this Request for Proposal.
