Description

The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of Facilities Management Department Parking Services Division, is seeking proposals from parties qualified in providing Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) Replacement Design Services. The County is seeking to build the most efficient and effective system that will require minimal maintenance, personnel and cost to operate and manage into the future. The system shall provide a quality product that offers ease of use for its customers. The Parking Services Division presently operates four (4) parking structures, three (3) in Riverside and one (1) in Indio. The following locations are in need of a new PARCS system.
