Please send the proposal to the attention of: David Wentworth Contact information below In general the services consists of the following: The Contractor shall provide comprehensive inspection, testing, documentation, and reporting services for the City’s fire protection systems across all identified facilities. Services include scheduled annual, semi-annual, and quarterly inspections of portable fire extinguishers, fire alarm and detection systems, water-based fire suppression systems, kitchen hood suppression systems, and clean agent and special hazard suppression systems, in accordance with applicable NFPA standards and regulatory requirements. Work shall include coordination with City staff, facility-based scheduling, complete inspection reporting, identification of deficiencies, and compliance documentation.
