RFP Feasibility Study for Mosquito Control

Description

The City of Jonesboro Advertising and Promotions Commission is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified firms, consultants, or organizations to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for mosquito control. The study will assess mosquito populations and disease risk, evaluate land-use impacts (with particular emphasis on agricultural zones inside the city limits and the outskirts of Jonesboro, AR), and provide costed recommendations for potential control strategies. The goal is to help the city Advertising and Promotions Commission assess the viability of expanding mosquito control efforts to enhance public health and quality of place, while remaining cost-effective and sustainable.
