The County Commissioners of Carroll County, Maryland (“County”) is requesting technical and financial proposals from qualified and experienced providers (“Provider”) who can provide non-medical homecare services which may include personal hygiene and grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry and transportation (“Services”). The Carroll County Division of Aging & Disabilities wishes to contract with one or more Providers who offer the range of services for qualifying seniors. The Providers must have extensive and varied experience. Services must be of the highest quality at a reasonable rate.
