The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is requesting proposals fromqualified consultants to provide design services for the Chelsea Court Reconstruction project. The Consultant shall provide all professional engineering services necessary to prepare complete bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule and engineer’s estimate with critical material lead times for reconstruction of the Chelsea Court during the 2027 construction season. Services will include, but not be limited to, research, survey, engineeringdesign, plus stakeholder and neighborhood outreach and coordination. The scope of construction work is anticipated to include improvements to the underground storm drainage, water and sewer utilities, road base, pavement, street lighting upgrades to LED, and other miscellaneous improvements necessary for a complete project.
