The Consultant shall provide all professional engineering services necessary to prepare complete bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule and engineer’s estimate with critical material lead times for the reconstruction of 9th Street and Indian Street from Capital Ave to W. 8th Street project during the 2027 construction season. Services will include, but not be limited to, research, survey, engineering design, plus stakeholder and neighborhood outreach and coordination. 9th Street and Indian Street, from Capital Ave to W. 8th Street, is a highly used traffic corridor and will require substantial public outreach during the design phase to accommodate the significant variety of users and constituents to this area.
