RFP for Design Services – Urbandale Downtown Detention The City of Urbandale, Iowa, is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms for engineering services for the design of two storm water detention facilities as part of the Downtown Douglas Master Plan, including performing preliminary and final design, bidding assistance services, site plan development, and additional services related to project implementation in the City of Urbandale. The proposals submitted for this RFP will be evaluated by a panel of City staff. The RFP document may be obtained from the City’s website at www.urbandale.org/bids.
