The purpose of this document is to solicit proposals from qualified Contractors to provide general electrical construction services through individual Project Agreements. Each Project Agreement will be limited to a maximum fee of $50,000. If a Project Agreement is assigned to a Contractor, a scope of work, schedule and fee will be mutually agreed upon by the CBJ Project Manager and the Contractor. The CBJ has the right to refuse fees deemed unreasonable. After a signed Project Agreement between the CBJ and the Contractor has been completed, a Notice to Proceed and a purchase order will be issued.
