Request for Proposal (RFP) for Planning and Management Professional Services - Cover Letter March 29, 2022 Re: Texas General Land Office (“GLO”) Community Development Block Grant-Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) Local Hazard Mitigation Plans Program (LHMPP) Dear Service Providers: Attached is a copy of the Entity’s Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for planning and management services. These services are being solicited to assist Anderson County with the development of a new or updated Hazard Mitigation Action Plan. If awarded with funding, CDBG-MIT funds will be administered by HUD and implemented through the Texas General Land Office fund. These planning activities, and the Hazard Mitigation Plan development and approval oversight is administered by FEMA and implemented through the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM). The submission requirements for this proposal are included in the attached RFP. Please submit a proposal of services and statement of qualifications to: Anderson County Auditor’s Office 703 N. It is the responsibility of the submitting entity to ensure that the proposal is received in a timely manner. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered for award, regardless of whether or not the delay was outside the control of the submitting provider.
