The scope includes the design, engineering, construction and furnishing of that facility, to commence immediately upon contract execution. A commercial kitchen design and installation is to be included at this site, and also at the Town Fire Headquarters at 200 Main Street. This project is subject to Connecticut Prevailing Wages
