LEGAL NOTICE The Allen County Commissioners, on behalf of the Allen County Job and Family Services, are soliciting proposals for the lease of office space, being approximately 48,000 gross square feet with 250 parking spaces for employees and clients, which is with or within reasonably close distance to the City of Lima, Ohio and having public transportation available for Allen County Job and Family Services, pursuant to RC 307.02 and RC 307.86(I). Proposals from prospective lessors shall be received until 11:00 a.m. on September 17, 2018 in the office of the Allen County Commissioners by the Clerk of the Board, 204 N. Main Street, Suite 301, Lima, Ohio 45801. All proposals shall be sealed and addressed to the Board of Allen County Commissioners, 204 N. Main Street, Suite 301, Lima, Ohio 45801 and marked “Proposal for Lease of Office Space for Allen County Department of Job and Family Services” on the outside of the envelope. Proposals will be opened and read aloud at the office of the Allen County Commissioners, Allen County, Ohio, 204 N. Main Street, Suite 301, Lima, Ohio, 45801 on September 17, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. Proposals are to be submitted only on a Proposal Form prescribed by the Board of Allen County Commissioners and shall include other information as outlined in the project manual. Copies of the Request for Proposal, reciting the instructions and proposal requirements and criteria, and the Proposal Form may be obtained between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. , Monday through Friday, at the office of Board of Allen County Commissioner’s, located at 204 N. Main St., Suite 301, Lima, Ohio 45801. The Board of Allen County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities.
