Concord University RFP # CU2207 Nursing Simulation Room Addendum The purpose of this addendum is to add a Piggyback Clause to the Nursing Simulation Room RFP terms and conditions and provide a Q&A to answer the questions received from prospective vendors. Piggyback Clause. Concord University reserves the right to extend the terms, conditions, and prices of this contract to other Institutions (including privately owned) who express an interest in piggybacking on this contract. Each of the piggyback institution will issue their own purchasing documents for the goods/services. Contractor agrees that Concord University shall bear no responsibility or liability for any agreements between Contractor and the other Institution(s) who desire to exercise this option. RFP# CU2207 Q&A Concord University extends its thanks to the vendors who have submitted questions about our Nursing Simulation Room RFP. Below is a list of answers to the questions we received. 1. The RFP states that the specifications given are mandatory and must be met for a bid to be considered. Will the University consider alternate bids that do not meet the given bid specifications? Concord will consider proposals that meet the requirements of Section 4 of the RFP. The vendor should try to meet the specifications of Exhibit F to the greatest extent possible. If not all of the exact specifications of Exhibit F can be met, please provide an alternative solution that fits within the Scope of Services set forth in Section 4. That said, the following requirements are non-negotiable: The selected vendor must be the manufacturer of a product portfolio that includes all of the following simulation equipment in order to support Concord University with current and future training needs.
