NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The County of Kaua‘i is requesting proposals for the Furnishing and Paying for all materials, labor, transportation, tools, equipment, machinery and services necessary to design, construct, and install in place complete, KEALAULA SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PHASE II PHOTOVOLTAIC PROJECT for the County of Kauai Housing Agency, Development Division. The contract awarded through this solicitation will be funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Proposals shall be received no later than 3:00 p.m., HST, November 30, 2026 , electronically via the Public Purchase System.
