The County of Chester Water Resources AuthorityAuthority (CCWRA) is requesting proposals for a landscape design consultant to support the new County-wide Catch the Rain (CTR) program. CTR offers cash rebates for simple projects that homeowners can implement on their own properties to protect streams and improve water quality. Eligible projects include rain gardens, conservation landscape plantings, canopy tree plantings, and impervious paving removal/pervious paving retrofits. This initiative is a pilot expansion of the existing CTR program in the White Clay Creek watershed and is funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
