COMPTON COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS (“RFP”) STUDENT HOUSING CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES (“PROJECT”) RFP NO. CCC-077 ADDENDUM NO. __1___ The RFP for Student Housing Construction Management Services is amended as follows: 1. Addition of RFP Paragraph 4.5.10. Paragraph 4.5.10 is added to the RFP as follows: Tab 7; Proposal. Included with this RFP as Attachment 3 is the form of Proposal. Respondents must submit the completed and executed form of Proposal in Tab 7 of the RFP Response. Tab 8; Future Project(s) Fee Proposal. Provide a fee proposal based on percentage of future project construction costs. 2. Acknowledgement of Addendum. The Proposal must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum No. __1__. 3. No qualified firms are precluded from responding. 4. Award of contract is contingent upon state/local funding sources. 5. No Other RFP Amendments. Except as set forth above, there are no other amendments to the RFP or documents issued with the RFP. July 18, 2023 Compton Community College District
